Large Pores

Large pores typically form in those who have naturally oily skin, but there are several other factors that can cause them to form or make them more noticeable.

Pores contain what’s known as sebaceous glands, which secrete an oily substance called sebum. When they produce excess oil, dirt, debris, and dead skin cells are more likely to get trapped in them, which can cause them to get bigger.

Various other factors can also cause the formation of large pores, and make them look more pronounced, such as large hair follicles, lower collagen production, loss of skin elasticity, and sun damage, along with genetics and heredity.

I have been a patient of Dr Dheshnie’s for over a year. She introduced me to lip fillers and helped me get the lips I’ve always dreamed of. Thanks to her expert eye and knowledge, I was able to build volume over time, and keep a natural look. She uses the right fillers for my face and the canula method, in order to minimize bruising and pain, which I really appreciate.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my look, thanks Dr. Dheshnie!
